BSW went along to visit the The Little Cake Parlour at its new home at Templeton on the Green in the east end of Glasgow. We sampled the scrummy baked goods on offer (well, it would’ve been rude not to!) and chatter to chief baker and owner Lisa Franchetti who told us about the services she offers and the baking wonders she’s capable of. The chocolate orange cupcakes were our personal highlight.
If you or your guests have any specific dietary needs, Lisa could be the baker for you as she had made two different gluten-free creations, and you couldn’t taste the difference!
The space is shared with I Heart Flowers, who had some blooming beautiful arrangements on display. If brides drop by the studio they could leave with the cake and flowers sorted! Job done.
