In the immortal words of RuPaul: “If you can’t love yourself, how in the hell are you gonna love someone else?” It’s safe to say Abbigail Boath of ABCoachingPT took these sage words to heart. “Before my wedding in 2021, I decided to transform my life and make sure I felt fabulous on my day. After postponing my wedding due to Covid, I gained even more time to plan the big day and even with restrictions of 40 guests, face masks and no dancing, I had the best day possible because I was happy in myself for the first time.

“I turned my life on its head and began helping other women do the same. I found a love for taking care of myself and now my mission is to help brides feel as incredible as I did with my personalised nutrition and training programmes.” Specialising in online personal training, her programmes include bespoke workout plans, personalised nutrition guidance, weekly check ins and calls, personalised meal plans and recipes, and 24/7 support and feedback.

“Everyone’s goals and aspirations are different,” explains Abbigail. “That is why you shouldn’t stand for a one sizes fits all model. With me that is never the case – you’ll see!” Shantay you stay, Abbigail!
