The Aberdeen venue has three packages to choose from, and perks include spa discounts and overnight stays at the hotel the night before the wedding

Just outside Aberdeen is the impressive Scottish Baronial mansion that is home to Ardoe House Hotel & Spa, and they have some great offerings for prospective couples: “Our new wedding packages have been designed to include all kinds of treats for your wedding day!” enthuses Events Manager Wendy Gammie.
“From discounts on spa treatments, to overnight stays the night before, we have it covered. There are three packages to choose from, and our friendly and dedicated team will be here to help you every step of the way.”

The Deeside wedding package (from £120pp), will cover all room hire costs as well as a three-course set menu (featuring delectable options including bruschetta to start, followed by cornfed chicken with black haggis truffle and vanilla creme brûlée to top it off). Lots of nice personal touches such as 10% off the spa for four, which would be a lovely treat for bridesmaids, as well as dinner for two at the hotel on your anniversary, are also included.
The Devenick is the mid-range package, from £135pp, includes all of the above (with enhancements like spa discount for six, a three-course meal with a two choice menu and prosecco and canapés after the ceremony). The Blairs (from £175) is the most comprehensive package: this includes 20% off the spa for up to eight people, an overnight stay the day before and a four-course wedding meal.

All packages include a stay in one of the feature rooms on the night of your wedding, a red carpet arrival, a half bottle of wine per person with dinner and an evening buffet for day guests. What more could you ask for?
Most weddings here take place in the Ogston Suite: with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the grounds, it can host 150 for the ceremony or dinner, and up to 180 in the evening. The Ballroom Suite (up to 500 for an evening reception) boasts one of Aberdeen’s largest dancefloors, but the hotel is equally adept at catering to intimate nuptials – it has two suites, the Fraser and the Elliot, which can host a maximum of 70 people each.
