Even the most respected and successful occasionwear boutiques can still find room for improvement, as Glasgow institution Catherines of Partick proves.
“When we were very busy, it often involved longer waiting times for the fitting rooms than we would have liked,” Candice Nicol reflects. “For 2019, we wanted to seize the opportunity to fix that and give the store a little makeover in the process.”
The new John Amabile (of 60 Minute Makeover-fame)-designed boutique is now larger, brighter and more sparkling than ever before – with extra fitting rooms kitted out for you to slip on those chic outfits.
“We chose to work with John because he’s so well-renowned,” explains Candice. “We absolutely love what he’s created for us. The shop now provides an environment that compliments the stunning dresses we have in stock. We’ve not only increased the number of fitting rooms, but we’ve made them more spacious, so that you can be more comfortable trying on dress after dress and enjoying our personal shopping experience.
“We’ve also expanded the floor space and added a specific evening-wear department, giving us more room to show off this season’s most beautiful gowns. We’re confident we have the perfect dress for your special occasion.”
