There’s no escaping the fact that wedding planning is time-consuming and laborious, but one way to streamline the process is learning the insider tips and tricks that professional wedding planners have up their sleeves. Sound good? Edinburgh venue Dalhousie Castle has teamed up with top UK wedding planner Jane Dayus-Hinch to offer a ‘Plan your wedding in a day’ workshop on Sunday 23rd November that will do just that.
With over 30 years planning experience, Jane will share her expertise on organising all kinds of weddings – from small, intimate gatherings to grand ceremonies and receptions. No wedding-planning stone will be left unturned as the masterclass covers all the essentials, as well as other issues like etiquette and protocol, organising a destination wedding and your rehearsal dinner.
Dalhousie Castle wedding coordinator Hannah Wood told us: “This is the ideal workshop for all brides or grooms-to-be. It will give you everything you need to plan your wedding day, and you can even join Jane for dinner to get all of your questions answered. I’ll certainly be attending to get all the insider tips!”
The workshop will run from 10am-4.30pm at Dalhousie Castle and costs £35 per person, with dinner also available for £25pp. There’s also a residential package, so why not make a mini-break out of it? It includes workshop, dinner, a 30-minute spa treatment with Darphin product gift and bed and breakfast for £240 (based on two sharing).
