East Lothian’s Broxmouth Park to turn courtyard into rustic wedding venue

The exclusive-use stately home in Dunbar has unveiled plans to convert its courtyard into a purpose-built wedding venue that’ll be completed by the end of 2021

Exciting news! Broxmouth Park, which boasts 15 acres of rolling parkland and an 18th-century stately mansion, has big plans to restore its courtyard into a barn-style venue. The new space will have a relaxed, countryside feel whilst still retaining the luxurious touch that we’ve come to expect from the venue. The work should be completed by November 2021.

“The new venue includes a stunning ceremony chapel, separate wedding gallery, exclusive bar facilities, plus a picturesque outdoor courtyard for your dreamy drinks receptions. There’ll even be a private bridal suite for preparation,” says Oskar Gilchrist-Grodnicki, Broxmouth’s resident wedding planner.

“This spectacular development will also be complemented by seven beautifully appointed cottages with accommodation for up to 40 of your guests.” Roll on November, we say.
