Petritoli is a wedding destination like no other. Situated in a former monastery, it boasts views across the surrounding hilly wine country of Le Marche towards the Adriatic Coast.
In the cooler, winter months, couples often host their ceremony in the baroque Iride Theatre. Its sumptuous red velvet-draped interiors and cosy ambience has led to its local nickname, ‘The Chocolate Box’.
In true Italian style, celebrate your newfound marital status by feasting on the finest local cuisine. One of the village’s atmospheric squares – the focal point of life in Petritoli – can be set exclusively for your wedding banquet. Imagine cocktails and canapés by candlelight and you’re almost there.
