With so many great drinks trucks in Scotland, companies can no longer simply rely on having a strong selection of tipples: a great backstory is beneficial too. “Daisy Fay’s Weddings + Events’ little drinks truck – nicknamed Wee D – was found abandoned in a small village at the foot of Mount Vesuvius in Italy,” explains the company’s Nikki Mathieson. “Her previous owner lovingly restored her to what she is today and shipped her over to Scotland.”
The two dispensing fonts can flow with prosecco, beer, cider or even espresso martinis (choose any two), with other drinks available too. The little truck is always styled to perfection, with copper barware, fairy lights, rustic logs and crates available in all hire packages.
Prices start from as little as £500 and Wee D can travel all over Scotland (with additional fees for weddings outside the Central Belt). As if that’s not enough, quote ‘TTK21’ and you’ll nab yourself a £50 discount on all new bookings for 2021 and beyond. We’ll toast to that.
