As if Cambo Estate wasn’t cool enough, it’s only gone and debuted a spectacular Party Woodland wedding venue on the estate in St Andrews. Enter the enchanting wonderland through a magic door, before traveling down a dreamlike fairylight tunnel into a festoon-lit clearing complete with fire pit, dancefloor with DJ booth and amazing sunset bar. Sounds too good to be true, right? Thankfully this fairytale woodland can be yours if you decided to tie the knot on the estate.
Frances Erskine, who runs Cambo with husband Struan, has already helped two couples celebrate Party Woodland weddings in May and the requests have been pouring in from festival-loving brides and grooms-to-be. She says, “If you’re searching for a truly original rustic venue for your wedding, then look no further.”
If the thought of this amazing arena has you grabbing your flower crowns and glow sticks, you’ll be in love with its special spot where couples can exchange vows. “There is a ceremonial tree to get married under,” explains Frances, “And even space for a marquee or tipi village.” Tipi village?
