The Craigellachie in Speyside has reopened after a sensitive refurbishment. The hotel, originally built in 1893, has been restored to its former glory and is now taking bookings for weddings. Ceremonies will take place in the newly renovated Spey Suite which holds up to 60 guests, while there’s capacity for a further 60 guests at the evening reception. Executive chef, Alexander Kidd, who is known for having previously worked at working at Skibo Castle, has prepared a specially designed menu full of Scottish fayre that will please even the most demanding guests.
