The latest addition to the award-winning RAD hotel group, Hetland Hall Hotel in Carrutherstown, is making its presence felt with a mammoth revamp already underway.
The wedding venue is in full renovation mode at the moment, with all bedrooms and public areas in the throes of refurbishment.
It’ll soon offer couples something truly special for their big day in the Dumfries area as RAD Group’s Lynsey Hewiston explains, “The renovations will include the addition of a bridal penthouse for the bride and bridesmaids to enjoy being pampered the night before the big day. This will comprise of a private entrance to their own floor where special guests will have access to the suites, with space to sleep 10, overlooking the impressive grounds out to the Solway Firth.”
We’ve only had a sneak peek at the artist’s impression of the new rooms, however, from what we can see, couples will be lining up at the doors to book their special day at Hetland Hall. Bedrooms are being worked on in stages, with the first few rooms completed next month. We can’t wait to see the results, and neither can Lynsey: “It is all very exciting at the Hetland at the moment.”
