“My business was born out of my love for art and all things floral,” explains Fiona from Edinburgh-based Ruby & Bloom Paper Co. “I’ve adored painting since I was young and have a master’s degree in art history. The style of my work is delicate and romantic and I hope it speaks to couples looking for something timeless.

“Many of my designs, made from paintings and illustrated florals, are inspired by the flowers and foliage you might find in the grounds of a Scottish castle – maybe even somewhere like the couple’s own venue.”

Fiona’s enchanting stationery features watercolour elements and intricately illustrated flowers, and there’s a semi-custom option available: a range of nine different designs (some of which are pictured here) that can be jazzed up with wax seals, envelope liners or luxurious silk ribbons.

“These styles can be either hand-painted or hand-drawn and made up in the couple’s desired colours,” Fiona adds. “I also offer a bespoke design service, where you can order custom invitation suites.”
