Karen’s Ice Cream Cart launches collaboration with Pops

Karen's Ice Cream Cart Pops

Lollies are for adults too, you know. Livingston-based Karen’s Ice Cream Cart has answered our prayers and has a new refreshment in the shape of Pops’ boozy iced treats. Karen Sawkins, the name behind the company, says, “We are excited to announce our partnership with Pops to provide its amazing alcoholic ices as part of our service.”

Available in a range of delicious flavours including rose and raspberry, champagne, peach bellini and watermelon martini, the chilly tubes add a fun twist to cocktail hour. Designated drivers and kids won’t feel left out as there are also no-alcohol strawberry and mint and mango and chilli choices available.

Affectionately named ‘Tabitha the Tricycle’, Karen’s cart can also serve up scoops of ice cream and sorbet to those who’d rather stick with a more traditional delicacy. Think coffee-laden spoonfuls or tropical temptations like mango ripple. Dairy-free diners will be pleased to hear there are mouth-watering vegan alternatives up for grabs as well. Hire prices from £295.
