It goes without saying that Kudos Bridal Boutiques in Dunfermline has plenty in the way of wedding gowns, but it comes up trumps with added extras too.
“We’ll be holding an accessories night on 4th April between 6-8pm,” announces the boutique’s Megan Carberry. “The event will be free to attend and we’ll have hair and makeup expert Kirsty MacPherson on hand to offer advice [who has been working in the industry for an incredible 17 years – there’s not much this guru can’t help with!].
“All of our suppliers send us additional accessories that we don’t usually stock for the event – it’s a brilliant way to find something a bit out of the ordinary. And, best of all, we’ll be offering 10% discount on all orders placed on the night!”
Up for grabs will be Rainbow Club’s delicately elegant Margot satin court shoes, top, £POA, faux furs from Helen Moore (her hooded bride capes and cropped jackets are to die for, hints Megan) and Ivory & Co’s Middle Earth-friendly Valkyrie tiara, above, £POA. “Valkyrie always makes a statement,” agrees Megan. “Ivory & Co also have some gorgeous hair vines.”
Kudos’ events tend to be jam-packed, so make sure you arrive early to make the most of Kirsty’s magic touch, the bumper range of finishing touches on display and, of course, the slashed prices.
