Leave guests in the cold with a tasty treat from Rolly’s Ice Cream

We’ve got a new obsession in the shape of Rolly’s Ice Cream, which aims to captivate your pals and tantalise their taste buds on your big day with their brand of live frozen sorcery.

Drawing inspiration from the popular desserts of Southeast Asia, the process begins by pouring a homemade custard onto an ice pan that has been cooled to -20ºC, before your chosen flavours are added in. The mixture is then ‘chopped’ with two scrapers until it has combined, begins to crystallise and forms ice cream. Next, it’s spread across the chilled surface before being rolled into deliciously sweet curls.

Your chums won’t be limited to humdrum flavours either, with each concoction being as scrumptious as the next. The health conscious might choose to include fruit; the naughtier might want to incorporate chocolate. Your mates can then customise their cool tubes with a selection of sauces and toppings.
