Moodboard: je t’aime Paris

Ah, Paris. The city of love. But also the city of €10 coffees, hordes of tourists and a language barrier that could make planning a wedding there tricky (see: the Scottish wee vs. French oui). It’s no wonder that the Gallic metropolis is much more popular as a wedding theme than a destination.

Stripes translate to a monochrome palette that looks très chic with pastel pink and blousy peonies. And don’t even get us started on the scope for patisserie-inspired sweet treats: imagine a dessert table heaving with macarons, biscuits and a towering croquembouche. For a less obvious addition to your Parisian party, give your guests a personalised love locket as your favours. Just make sure none are sealed around your bedroom door handle in the morning!
