The new ‘Occasions by von Essen’ initiative has just been introduced at 13th century Dalhousie Castle near Edinburgh, which includes a website and party planning service to help couples work with the hotel’s coordinators to tailor their event. For 2012, the 36-bedroom castle has introduced an exclusive-use package starting at £12,000.
