Pan Pan Bridal scores Savin London

Aurora gown, now available at Pan Pan Bridal

If you haven’t heard of Savin London, then allow us to take you up to speed…The London-based design house, headed up by enigmatic owner Andrey Savin, was the toast of London’s White Gallery earlier in the year, when a series of its fluid, feather-embellished gowns astounded editors and buyers alike as they swept past on the catwalk. It’s no surprise Edinburgh boutique Pan Pan Bridal wants in on the action.

“We are so excited about stocking Savin for the first time,” gushes Pan Pan’s Huda Abdulgader. “We came across Andrey and his dresses at White Gallery in March and thought his work was exquisitely elegant, with a bit of an edge. The craftsmanship is outstanding. Andrey uses breathtaking floral lace, silks and feathers to create otherworldly, glamorous and luxurious gowns. We were totally taken aback.

“Savin is perfect for the modern bride who wants to feel a million dollars but not spend them – the dresses are at a reasonable price.”

The boutique won’t be hosting its Savin London trunk show until the 26th and 27th October, but if you can’t wait until then, you can drool over the six dynamic Savin styles it has on the rails so far: Petra, Alina, Olya (below right), Ilana, Aurora (above) and Amelia (below left). Prices are typically around £2,500.
