FitnessChicks

Time to Jump to it

To help brides-to-be get in shape for the big day, FitnessChicks in Edinburgh has launched its first bridal boot camp with the aim of making a health-and-fitness countdown rewarding and results driven. The boot camp involves boxing, weights, interval sprints and running and was created by chief fitness chick herself, Laura Westwater, who adds, “Ultimately, it’s all about enjoying the build up to the big day, so we make sure that whatever brides-to-be pick – whether it’s a boot camp or yogalates – that they are well supported, encouraged along the way and most importantly have fun at the same time.”

Healthy hen

‘No carbs before Marbs’ may be the mantra that the TOWIE girls swear by, but rather than go on a pasta and crisps binge when you’re there, why not spend the time getting in prime shape? GoHen.com has just launched the ultimate pre-wedding fitness getaway for a bride and her mates in Marbella. The Bridal Boot Camp includes four nights in a luxury villa (complete with infinity pool), personal training and nutrition coaching. With personal attention from a trainer, you’ll be able to work out a regime that you can continue in the run-up to the big day and beyond, before chilling out with a sunset yoga session each evening.
