If ‘creative prowess’ isn’t your middle name, but you still want a wedding that’s got your stamp all over it, fear not – help is on the horizon…
The talented guys and gals that together form The Glasgow Wedding Collective (AKA #teamGWC) have announced the winter instalment of their alternative wedding show.
The Bridal Market is set to take over new venue, The Briggait, on Saturday 31st January.
Offering a cool, alternative vibe that’s worlds apart from standard bridal fairs, the event will have the feel of a cosy German market, with low-slung festoon lighting, hot drinks, knitwear and cosy treats.
The GWC handpick creative suppliers from throughout Scotland, each one with with its own style and flair.
The event will feature a host of exhibitors: photographers, vintage and original wedding dresses, wild, pretty and unusual flowers, wedding cakes and catering, custom wedding stationery, handmade jewellery, makeup artists, creative wedding planners, quirky venues and an array of DJs.
The show takes place from 11am – 3pm on 31st January and entry is free.
