Aberdeenshire catering company Wander & Graze prepares outdoor and socially distanced dining packages for 2021 featuring grazing boards and pizzas
“We initially started out with the intention of being a street-food vendor,” reflects Natalia McLeod of Aberdeen-based Wander & Graze. “It became clear very quickly, however, that weddings were going to be our focus, as we received so many requests from couples wanting us to cater their big days. It soon became the mainstay of our business.”
If wood-fired pizza sounds like heaven on a platter, then you’ll be glad to know this is the company’s speciality, alongside trendy grazing tables. “Our new offerings will include charcuterie grazing boards for starters, wood-fired pizza for mains and sweet grazing boards for desserts. All menus will be totally custom for each couple.”
“We are launching our socially distanced and outdoor dining concepts for 2021 weddings. We are going to be offering a full wedding meal for smaller weddings.” But that’s not all: “We will also be able to provide styling for the tables which we think will be ideal for garden and outdoor weddings,” adds Natalia.
It all sounds like a pizza magic to us.
