You can always count on Apple Blossom Time to usher in the most electrifying alternative brands in bridal and this year the Perth boutique is still as committed as ever to supporting lesser-known names.

“We are crazy excited to announce that we are the newest stockists of fashion-forward designer Agata Wojtkiewicz,” says the store’s Jolene Taylor. “This cool brand stopped us dead in our tracks at the London trade show with its innovative, city-slick designs for the modern-day bride.”

The up-and-coming, offbeat Polish designer has worked on costumes for Dancing with the Stars, and clinched the Young Creative Entrepreneur – Design and Fashion Award over the course of London Fashion Week, courtesy of the British Council and the British Embassy.

Her Hey LOVE! collection won’t drop at Apple Blossom Time until the summer, but we’re already cooing over the gowns, shot on location in New York. Every one is fit for a new generation of urban goddesses – we’re talking star-spangled tulle, shoulder draping and crisp white crepe. Magic.

“Over the years, I have learnt to read brides’ dreams,” designer Agata explains. “This is how my wedding dress designs are created – original, sensual and slightly extravagant. Do not let anything spoil your big day, and definitely not your gown.

“If you don’t want to hide your charms under a million layers of material, if you appreciate authenticity, if you are brave, if you love to dance barefoot, drink Prosecco for breakfast and kiss in the middle of the street, choose a dress that fits with your temperament.”
