Inspired by the wilderness of the Highlands of Scotland, floral studio Fìor’s designs aim to evoke the atmosphere of the north’s stunning landscape. Using natural, foraged and seasonal flowers, owner Emily designs bespoke creations using sustainable techniques.

“It all began as a child. I spent a lot of time outdoors, and as a kid, I read stories about plants and animals. My imagination was awakened when I was close to nature,” she explains.

“I’ve always loved creating and making, eventually finding my way to flowers. It’s truly the place where I feel most alive, connected, and inspired. Being from Scotland, my style is an expression of my love for the landscape and natural beauty of the country I call home.

“Floristry has been my life and my passion for over a decade. During that time, I have been lucky enough to work in stunning locations with incredibly inspiring people, using a range of flowers, materials, and styles. Everything has led me here.”

“We aim to keep our work as organic as possible, using foraged materials and foam-free methods in all our arrangements and installations,” Emily adds.

She has been working as a florist for over a decade, so has the skills, expertise and passion to bring your wedding-flower visions to life.

Emily also is able to create bespoke designs tailored to your desires and needs.

“Natural flower crowns, table centrepieces, corsages. It all begins with an idea,” she explains. “Beyond the bouquet, we can design and craft wearable flower pieces and arrangements. We will create natural, bespoke flower arrangements for any occasion, from Burns suppers to midsummer. Natural, wild, and uniquely designed for you.”
