Exclusive first look at stunning veil collaboration between Kirkcaldy bridal boutique and Fife accessory designer

Shopping for a veil in Scotland? Amy King Bridal and Beauty and Kate Dillon Designs have dreamed up a new customisable veil collection called Dillon • King and the results are oh-so-pretty

When the first drop from the dynamite new partnership that is Dillon • King (a joint enterprise between Kirkcaldy boutique Amy King Bridal and Beauty and accessory designer Kate Dillon) landed in our inbox, we were smitten. We knew the pair would be a force to be reckoned with, but their range of exceptionally crafted veils exceeded our expectations.

As they’re handmade here in Scotland, each style has been given a popular Scottish girl’s name, and their delicate embellishments, eye-catching details and supreme quality have won us over. “I love Bonnie (above), as you can never have too many pearls! As with the other styles, we can make it in any length and there are one-tier or two-tier options available,” says Amy.

There’s even more exciting news, as not only is Amy expecting a baby in the summer (awww!), she has recently welcomed Kate Dillon on board as a bridal stylist at the boutique. Kate will be stepping into the fold for a few months, while Amy gets to spend some QT with her new arrival.

“Kate has worked in this industry for years and knows all the trends, so I can’t think of a more perfect addition to our team. All appointments will be myself and Kate until she’s fully trained and I’m ready to pop,” adds Amy.
