The Savings Bank on Glasgow’s Bridge Street has had a colourful past, having started life as a milliners and wearing several hats since, including its last occupation as the city’s infamous poker den, The Cincinnati Club. But, for events company InHouse, it was the venue’s phase as a Victorian savings bank that proved most inspiring.
The team set about restoring the building to its former glory and the result is a new vintage-inspired events space teeming with original features. The speakeasy vibe is complemented by the bespoke wedding cocktails that can be mixed up by venue collaborations Liquid Academy.
