You might not associate Scotland’s national stadium with singing waiters, eye-catching gowns and shimmering diamonds, but for one weekend in September Hampden Park will be doused in sparkle and taken over by the leading lights in the Scottish bridal industry.
Scotland’s Exclusive Wedding Event is Scotland’s longest-established wedding show, and it’s learnt a thing or two about what brides (and their entourages) are looking for. You can fawn over the gorgeous dresses at the spectacular fashion shows, your hubby-to-be can drool over the impressive car showcase, the mums can browse the stunning occasionwear and your bridesmaids can sneak off to the cocktail tastings! Over 140 eclectic suppliers will be on hand over the weekend of 20th-21st September. Advance admission tickets cost £9.50 and include free entry to fashion shows and live band productions.
