Award-winning bridal designer Donna Allenby of Donna Lee Designs has created a gorgeous, vintage-style wedding gown in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness month, with all proceeds going to charity.
Donna was inspired to make the dress after her mum Heather was diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time. “I thought ‘I have to do something to help’. I decided to design a really beautiful dress and donate all the proceeds to Breakthrough Breast Cancer,” she explains.
The stunning Heather’s Hope gown features a silk dupion body, layers of silk organza and the iconic pink ribbon set in Swarovski crystals. The bespoke dress can be made without the crystals and in full length or with a shorter skirt, and all proceeds will still go to charity.
