Every wedding created by Agapanthus is completely bespoke. Rather than recreating existing designs, a new flower recipe is created for every celebration, ensuring each wedding feels personal, distinctive and thoughtfully designed.

Seasonality is an important part of the studio’s approach to wedding flowers. Wherever possible, Agapanthus sources locally grown Scottish flowers, supporting local growers while reducing unnecessary flower import mileage.

If a couple has a specific flower in mind, the team will always be honest about seasonal availability from the outset, helping to manage expectations and avoid disappointment while creating the best possible design.

What to expect on the day

Agapanthus Flower Studio offers full venue installation on the day, ensuring every floral installation is perfectly placed before guests arrive. 

The team also returns after the wedding to dismantle and remove arrangements where required, with installation and collection included in each quotation.

Booking process

Agapanthus Flower Studio has a minimum wedding spend of £2,000.

From the initial enquiry, the team is open and honest about the minimum spend. Couples can choose between a phone or video consultation, depending on what they feel most comfortable with. During this consultation, every aspect of the wedding is discussed – not just the flowers – to help establish a complete picture of the day.

Following the consultation, a bespoke proposal and detailed quotation is prepared. Couples then have 14 days to decide before securing their date with a 50% booking deposit. Where appropriate, a site visit to the wedding venue is also recommended, either with or without the couple.
