Each commission is designed and finished by cake artist Gabby, using multi-layer structures and high-quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Every cake and dessert is crafted as a dramatic feature for design-led, luxury weddings.

Founded by cake design artist Gabby in Glenrothes, Eclectic Luxuries draws on her childhood memories of fine art, classical music, family gatherings and refined cake design passed down from her professionally trained cake artist grandmother.
Her style blends romantic hand-piped buttercream florals, sculptural piping and textural fondant or wafer-paper elements, creating cakes and dessert pieces that act as artistic centrepieces. Some designs are even inspired by the bride’s wedding gown, making each creation deeply personal and cohesive with the celebration. Her floral work has also been recognised at Cake International.

Gabby accepts a limited number of commissions to ensure exceptional attention to detail, offering couples personal, one-to-one guidance from first enquiry to final set-up – a level of involvement that allows each cake and dessert design to feel truly bespoke.
Her diary is currently open for bookings through 2028.

How does the booking process work?
Complete the online enquiry form with your wedding details. After confirming availability, Gabby will arrange a design and flavour consultation, with an optional phone call for real time planning.
Afterward, you’ll receive a tailored proposal with design ideas, suggested flavours and pricing. A final planning call can be arranged, and Gabby coordinates delivery and presentation with your venue.
Are there vegan or gluten-free options?
Fully vegan or gluten-free cakes are not available. Selected cupcakes can be made vegan or gluten-free, but due to a shared kitchen, they are not suitable for guests with severe allergies.
Does Eclectic Luxuries use organic ingredients?
Where possible, organic ingredients are used, sourced from specialist suppliers and local farms. On request, cakes or mini desserts can be created with mostly organic ingredients, depending on availability and season.
We don’t want a traditional wedding cake – are there alternatives?
Yes. Cupcake bouquets are a popular option, available in sizes from small arrangements to displays for 100+ guests.
These consist of filled cupcakes decorated with hand-piped buttercream flowers in your chosen palette. Bouquets can be ordered on their own or paired with a smaller cutting cake.
