Glaschu Restaurant & Bar

Located in Royal Exchange Square, Glaschu Restaurant & Bar combines contemporary interiors with modern Scottish food in a city-centre setting.

Private spaces work well for smaller celebrations, while exclusive restaurant hire is available for larger weddings. Ceremonies can also be accommodated.

Parisian-inspired dining in Princes Square

Maison by Glaschu brings together Parisian brasserie influences, Mediterranean details and a Champagne and cocktail bar within Princes Square.

Bluedog is a New York-inspired piano bar with exposed brick, leather booths, cocktails and regular live music.

Couples can hire the downstairs private bar or take over the full venue, with buffet-style food available and celebrations able to continue until 3am.

The Noble

Private rooms and traditional pub character

Located beneath the Victorian glass roof of Princes Square, The Delphine provides a bright setting for smaller wedding meals and larger exclusive-use celebrations.

Two- and three-course menus are available, with additional entertainment options including private karaoke, a photobooth and sweet cart.

Food focuses on Spanish and Italian-style sharing dishes, while the drinks list includes Champagne from producers such as Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, Dom Pérignon and Krug.
