With the motto ‘Make our house your house for the day’, Strathblane Country House, just north of Glasgow at the foot of the Campsie Hills, has changed the way it does things – the staff no longer offer wedding packages but instead work closely with each couple to create a bespoke and unique experience, with all the details tailored to suit each individual wedding. The venue came under new management last summer and the new team have been working very hard to reinvigorate the menu and produce delicious catering that stands out from the crowd.
