Luxury romance inspired styled shoot at Winton Castle with four stunning bridal looks

Holly Edwards of Bliss and Wilde Photography organised this incredible castle photoshoot, with four gorgeous wedding dresses, a suitably Scottish groomswear look, and beautiful pastel florals

Luxury and romance were the driving forces behind this gorgeous photoshoot at stately and spectacular wedding venue Winton Castle in East Lothian.

“Once we had the right location lined up, we collaborated with Eleganza Sposa and agreed on four dresses from their stunning ‘Iconica’ range that’s designed in-house,” says Holly Edwards at Bliss and Wilde Photography, the shoot’s photographer and organiser.

Model Lorna visited the Glasgow bridal boutique for fittings in the run-up to the shoot, while male model Chris did the same at Andrew Brookes Tailoring, with the George Street tailor providing a velvet dinner jacket and tartan trousers to complement the dresses.

Another “central pillar” of the shoot was Morningside florist Harvest and Green, says Holly: “They had creative ideas for every possible place that a floral arrangement could go. On the day, they arrived with a superb selection of arrangements.”

As each dress had a different feel, the aesthetic varied from shot to shot, with “everything being coordinated right down to the colour of confetti and the stationery. It all went perfectly due to the meticulous planning over many weeks,” notes Holly.
