Brides-to-be can shop a curated selection of the Spanish bridalwear brand's new dress releases at Kudos Bridal Boutique Edinburgh's September trunk show

To celebrate the arrival of Spanish bridalwear brand Rosa Clará's new 2025 collections, Kudos Bridal Boutique Edinburgh is hosting a trunk show from the 20th-22nd September

Running from 10am - 6pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the trunk show has limited space, so be sure to secure your appointment – sooner rather than later.

What happens at a bridal trunk show?

Alongside well-known brands Essense of Australia and Wendy Makin, Rosa Clará wedding dresses are a staple at the Edinburgh boutique.

“We always have 30-40 current Rosa Clará styles on our rails,” manager Michelle says, “but at the trunk show, we will have an additional 20 dresses from the brand-new 2025 collections that are with us just for the weekend.”

Trunk shows are a great way to hone in on a specific designer whose style you love. Maybe you feel you've already sifted through their current collections and you've discovered a whole handful of dresses you love but just weren't quite 'the one'?

If the featured styles, Elbert, above, plus Abigail and Aivor, below, (confirmed by Michelle to make an appearance) are anything to go by – this will be a weekend Rosa Clará admirers won't want to miss.

What can we expect from the 2025 Rosa Clará bridalwear collections?

At Rosa Clará, the brand strive to: "always think about the bride, to accompany her on her big day and make her white wedding dress dreams come true, so she can find the one, whatever her style, age, silhouette, culture or belief."

As such, the 2025 collections include new designs for all six of their bridal collections: Rosa Clará, Rosa Clará Couture, Rosa Clará Soft, Rosa Clará Boheme, Rosa Clará Gatsby and Rosa Clará Dreams – with Rosa Clará Dreams being the latest to join the line-up.

What design elements define each of the six new collections?

Projecting a fresh and contemporary image in its new 2025 collection, Rosa Clará Couture boasts simplicity through clean lines, bejewelled French lace and square necklines, while also making room for bold 'fantasy-inspired' taffeta dresses, maxi ruffles and organza flower embellishments.

Meanwhile, Rosa Clará offers sheer elegance through pure-line crêpe dresses with halternecks, cut-outs, beadwork – and the latest detail addition, capes.

For the ethereal bride, Rosa Clará Boheme includes muslin silk designs with strapless or deep illusion necklines, while the collection's mermaid-style dresses in guipure are sure to sway those who love fabrics with a handcrafted finish.

Rosa Clará Soft proposes taking visible boning embroidered with beadwork on corset designs and pairing them with flowing tulle skirts for a magical princess look, or for a more sensual approach, a slim-fitting mermaid style.

Fun, feathers and fringing take centre-stage in the Rosa Clará Gatsby collection, as the brand recreate the flapper spirit of the roaring twenties, with short, feather-finished dresses perfect for pre-wedding events or the after party.

Finally, Rosa Clará Dreams is fiercely fresh and feminine, capturing attention with the 'more is more' style of highly embellished bodices and nude-effect attention-grabbing corsets.
