After two years of dating, model Sofia Richie married music executive Elliot Grainge in a gorgeous ceremony on 22nd April. The pair had a magical wedding weekend in the South of France which included a rehearsal dinner, and a lavish ceremony and an after-party.
Their gorgeous wedding took place at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes and Sofia was certainly dressed to impress, wearing not one but three beautiful dresses from Chanel.
The stunning looks were shared by Vogue, who got an inside look at her wedding gowns at her final fittings.
The dress fittings took place in Paris at the Chanel haute couture salons, and Sofia shared her thoughts about each look.
In the lead up to the big day, Sofia documented some of her wedding weekend outfits on Instagram and pre-wedding prep on TikTok, where she has now changed her name to Sofia Richie Grainge.

Her TikTok videos include her getting ready to kick off her wedding weekend, choosing her outfit to welcome guests – a Proenza Schuler mini dress, pink sparkly Chanel shoes and a Chanel cross-body bag – as well as showing her makeup routine.
Following her w-day, she has also shared a video of her bouquet toss on TikTok.
Her long-sleeved, high-necked beaded rehearsal dress was custom made by Chanel, and was inspired by one of their 1997 couture catwalk dresses worn by Stella Tennant. Sofia was thrilled with the dress when she tried it on at the fitting, and commented: “This is like a fairy tale. It really is. It’s like an art piece. I feel like a princess.”
On the day she paired it with Chanel shoes and a sleek bun.
For the ceremony, the model wore a custom-made beaded halterneck dress with a long train which looked incredible as she was walked down the aisle by her dad, Lionel Richie. She paired her dress with a simple veil and bouquet of white flowers.
While talking to Vogue, Sofia revealed that the dress has the letters ‘S&E’ and their wedding date stitched in blue on the inside to represent her ‘something blue’. Aww!
The after-party called for another outfit change which Sofia described as her “little girl dream”. She opted for a short white Chanel dress which is inspired by Claudia Schiffer’s famous runway dress from 1993.
Speaking to Vogue about the look, the 24-year-old added: “I can dance, I can move. I love it! It’s traditional Chanel.”
As for her makeup throughout the day, Sofia kept things pretty natural and reveled to Vogue: “I’m keeping the makeup for the entire weekend super simple and clean. I just want it to feel timeless: I don’t want to look back in like 20 years and be like, ‘She’s a glamazon.’”
