Founded by two friends, Sam and Dougal, The Lunchbox Boys are dedicated to not only their business, but their passion for food. 

Sharing an initial interest in personal fitness, the now business owners began delivering lunches after seeing a demand for local, healthy and tasty food in the area. This quickly grew in popularity, leading to receiving recognition at the Highlands and Islands Food and Drink Awards.

The success of their lunches inspired the duo to expand their range of catering services and build a solid reputation for delicious food made using locally sourced ingredients, with a strong focus on a high level of customer service. This commitment now sits at the heart of their business, and no matter the party size, they stay true to their values and always provide with a smile!

In recent years, the caterers have gained an excellent reputation throughout the Scottish Highlands and beyond for their wedding catering services. In recognition of this, weddings are now the core focus of their business. Their wedding services are flexible and tailored to you, putting you both first and allowing you to have creative control over your wedding meal. This accommodating approach means that no matter your vision – it can be brought to life for your special day. Their incredible team in both front of house and behind the scenes ensure you and your guests are happy and content. Passionate about sustainability

As a small business, the business places emphasis on sustainability, striving to reduce their impact on the environment as much as possible. To them, being in business carries responsibilities, and instead of rejecting these – they embrace the opportunities it provides. They are on a constant journey of improvement and refinement when it comes to sustainability and aim to minimise their environmental footprint. They do this by working with local food producers and suppliers to reduce food miles, collaborating with farmers and estates with high environmental and animal welfare standards, and minimising waste and packaging by using glass bottles via a collection system, wooden cutlery using sustainable materials and biodegradable food wrapping.
