The dedicated in-house team of experienced wedding coordinators will guide you seamlessly through all of the necessary arrangements and be there to greet you personally at the venue on your special day. 

The team can be as involved in the coordination and planning as you want them to be and have a little black book of the best suppliers in the business to ensure your wedding is nothing short of a dream come true.

Glasgow city centre wedding venue

The Exchange is Glasgow's newest exclusive-use wedding venue. It has four individual spaces, three private bars and one hidden outdoor terrace on offer. 

Start your big day in The Parlour, the venue's bridal-prep dressing room, complete with vanity mirrors and makeup chairs.

Designed as the ideal ceremony and wedding breakfast space, The Gallery has a 75-foot-long aisle (imagine the entrance you’ll make!) and views out onto the square. 

Meanwhile the vibrant Print Room & Terrace has a fully-stocked private bar, DJ box, and a dancefloor for an evening of celebration. Plus, there's a hidden private outdoor terrace which will be exclusively yours on your big day.

Wedding packages available

At The Exchange, the team is committed to providing inclusive wedding packages. They aim to take care of many of the arrangements so you can focus on enjoying every moment of planning your special day and rest easy in the knowledge that your nuptials are taken care of by an expert team. 

For example, its Signature package comes with extra touches included on a complimentary basis such as a piper, arrangements from their partner florist, a champagne breakfast for the bridal party, and wedding favours for every guest. 

Meanwhile, its top-tier wedding package, The Royal Exchange, includes access to The Parlour and exclusive use of the venue. 

Twilight weddings at The Exchange

The Exchange’s Twilight package offers exclusive use of the Gallery, the Exchange Bar, the Print Room, and the outdoor terrace, ensuring your celebration is entirely your own. You’ll also have the option to add the Parlour for full, private use during the celebrations.

As well as: LED candles and vases to decorate The Gallery, house champagne for the drinks reception, bottled beers or house wine, chef’s gourmet canapés, professional wedding DJ, five-item finger food buffet – chosen from a curated menu. The Twilight package starts from £8,250, and £8,750 from March 2026 onwards.

Its wedding menus – all showcasing Scottish produce – have been created with sustainability in mind, using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients to provide delectable dishes that cater to all requirements.
