Stepping outside the boundaries of traditional floristry, Wildflower & Willow handcrafts the finest flowers and foliage to create striking visual displays which offer colour and texture to your wedding photos. 

Kelly collaborates closely with each couple to create custom arrangements that allow for full creative freedom and flexibility. With no fixed price lists, each design is tailored to suit your vision and budget.

Luxury wedding flower styling and venue decor

For a wedding setting that leaves a lasting impression, you can choose Wildflower & Willow’s Signature Experience. This is an additional service on top of your florals, in which Wildflower & Willow brings a keen eye for detail and design. 

As an expert in venue styling, Kelly can create a cohesive visual experience that encapsulates your unique vision and tells your love story. Working alone or collaborating with stylists, venues and decor professionals, Kelly will ensure a seamless service with all elements meshed perfectly together.

Centrepieces and table styling

Kelly’s weddings often feature generous floral budgets, allowing for standout centrepieces that make a statement. Think tall, elegant designs on gold geometric stands, or layered textures in low compote bowls. 

Long tables may be styled with series of mini arrangements, bud vases or solid floral runners, and Kelly helps couples make smart decisions based on the venue layout, table shapes and guest experience.

Scents are also carefully considered – strong-smelling blooms like lilies are avoided to prevent clashing with dining aromas. Kelly works with both round and rectangular table formats and can suggest creative solutions to suit your chosen layout. Many floral pieces, including table centrepieces, can be repurposed throughout the day to get maximum value from your flowers.

Flower installations for weddings 

Wildflower & Willow is renowned for its breathtaking floral ceiling installations – especially in marquees. Using romantic trailing vines like smilax, Kelly creates airy overhead displays suspended on pulley systems and anchored to the structure. 

These transformative designs begin at around £2,500 and must be planned well in advance, with a site visit required to assess feasibility.

Wildflower & Willow’s Signature Experience 

This fully curated option includes everything from stationery and table settings to large-scale floral installations – meticulously designed down to the last detail.

The Signature Experience can include: 

- Table linens

- Candles

- Tablescapes

- Menus

- Napkins 

- Grand floral installations 

Please note: the Signature Experience must be booked alongside a floral package and is not available as a standalone service. 

For fully curated styling and floral design experiences, a minimum spend of £5,000 applies.

The wedding flower booking process

Step one – the enquiry

You’ll want to book your wedding flowers around nine months or earlier before your wedding. Submit an enquiry form to begin the process, and Kelly will be in touch to discuss what you’re looking for and book an initial consultation.

Step two – conversation and consultation

At your consultation, Kelly will learn more about your wedding day vision, budget and an outline what will suit your needs best. 

Following your meeting, you will receive a personalised proposal document, outlining:

• Key wedding details

• Suggested floral concepts

• A curated moodboard

• Kelly’s own research and recommendations

• A colour palette

• A list of arrangements and ‘nice-to-have’ extras

• A budget outline

To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required.

Please note:  The Signature Experience has a minimum spend of £3,000 per event. Lower-budget events may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Step three – follow up and venue visit

Once your booking is secured, Wildflower & Willow maintains contact at a pace that suits you and remains available to chat about your booking via your own portal for communications. 

Kelly will then visit your wedding venue with you to finalise the designs in person, ensuring they align perfectly with the space.

Step four – the final steps

Around six weeks before your wedding, you will have a final consultation to:

• Confirm requirements

• Finalise guest numbers

• Address any logistical details

Your final payment will also be due at this stage, leaving you free to enjoy the countdown with peace of mind that your flowers are in safe hands.

Step five – the big day

Your wedding day is finally here, and everything will run smoothly. Kelly personally oversees delivery and setup of all floral arrangements to ensure not a petal is out of place.

Your bridal bouquet (if applicable) is hand-delivered by Kelly, who handles every detail, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day.

How far in advance should I book my wedding florist?

Wildflower & Willow book a limited number of weddings per year to maintain a high level of service. It is best to enquire as early as possible to avoid disappointment – especially for peak season dates.

What’s included in my booking?

When you book Wildflower & Willow’s wedding florist services, you receive:

How much will my wedding flowers cost?

As the services offered are so personalised, Wildflower & Willow does not have a fixed price list and instead works with each couple to create designs that fit their budget. 

However, the Signature Experience starts at £3,000, if you would like venue styling in addition to your flowers. 

Can I choose any flowers I want for my wedding?

Although Kelly will accommodate your preferences, she uses seasonal flowers and sustainable practices when creating her designs, which may affect the specific flowers used.
