Housed in a Victorian warehouse dating back to 1837, this venue has been sympathetically restored to preserve its magnificent features, effortlessly integrating the latest contemporary features, including underfloor heating, air con and all modern amenities.

You and your guests will enjoy exclusive use of the space, where the possibilities are as boundless as your imagination. Our unique configuration allows for weddings of all sizes, from intimate weddings of 50 guests to grand celebrations of up to 300, your wedding can be brought to life by simply adjusting the spaces.

We provide a ceremony room, luxurious areas for drinks receptions, and a stunning dining space. There are also private Gardens and Green Rooms, which you and your family can use as a base for throughout the day. 

Our gorgeous copper bar is strategically placed by the dance floor, ensuring your guests enjoy the evening to the fullest. With no need for a table turn, your table design can be as lavish as you desire, and importantly, your guests will always have a comfortable and dedicated place throughout the event. When it's time to party, The Engine Works is second to none.

Dedicated wedding team

In addition to this, The Engine Works team are on hand to support you every step of the way and ensure your day goes off without a hitch. On the big day, they will coordinate guests and ensure every detail is perfect, allowing you to relax and enjoy each moment with friends and family.
